Shipping policy
Your order is important to us, and we are dedicated to promptly getting your Al-Hamawi delicacies to you! As such, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments. We will pack anything we have available, and continuously send any outstanding items as they arrive. We also have a storefront and people from all over come and purchase products. So though an item might appear in stock, it actually might not be as the store may have requested it prior to placing your order and the website does not register the inventory updates instantaneously. You are able to track your order directly through the website, please make sure to include an email address when placing your order so you can receive notifications about what items are sent and their tracking information.
If you place an order and would like to make any changes or have questions, feel free to contact us via phone call or text at +1 (773) 788-5796. Please note, the staff that handles online orders work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Central Time, excluding holidays. Please be patient will our team as they will get back to as soon as possible. Please only reach out to our staff once via one method of communication; email, text, or call. Sending multiple texts, emails, or calling multiple times will create a delay in getting back to customers as we return calls, texts, and emails in the order received. The same customer reaching out multiple times, makes the queue longer and in turn delays all return communications.
If you are purchasing an item as a gift and want all items to be sent together, please understand that may result in a delay in shipping the order. Additionally, you must note you would like to wait to have all items shipped together in the notes section. If this is not noted, orders are processed as explained above.
